Gather your entire pack for a memorable stay at this stylish townhouse nestled in the heart of Lincoln, an atmospheric city brimming with heritage and charm. Sleeping up to eight people and two pups, enjoy a homely atmosphere, enclosed garden and private hot tub at this warm and welcoming holiday retreat.

Step into the chic Victorian-tiled hallway, and you’ll find a cosy snug just off to the side – perfect for anyone wanting a little quiet time. Down the hall, the main lounge invites you to relax with Rover at your feet while you sit back on comfortable seating. The spacious kitchen/diner is fully equipped, with plenty of room for meal prep, then why not gather around the large dining table for a feast with friends and family? A convenient shower room completes the ground floor. Head upstairs to find three light and airy bedrooms – a king-size, a double, and a twin room – and the family bathroom, which completes the internal layout. Outside, the courtyard garden makes an ideal spot for al fresco dining while Rover sniffs around the borders. After a day of exploring, sink into the private hot tub and relax under the open sky – the perfect way to end each day. On-street parking subject to availability.

From your doorstep, you can take the lead and walk to some of Lincoln’s most iconic historic sites, including the majestic Lincoln Castle (1 mile), which has special dog-friendly times and days to visit, or the impressive Lincoln Cathedral (0.5 miles). Just across the road, the beautifully preserved arboretum, a Grade II-listed park dating back to 1870, is perfect for gentle strolls and a haven for four-pawed friends. For a dose of nature further afield, Whisby Nature Park (8 miles) and the scenic Lincolnshire Wolds (20 miles) await inquisitive hounds and their pet-loving owners.

What a lovely welcoming place to stay! So cosy, comfortable and well kitted out with everything you might need. The owners clearly care that you enjoy your stay and we really appreciated that. Lovely location opposite the park too.
