We had a comfortable stay in this house, the village is a nice location with a lovely pub and pleasant walks from the door which were perfect for pre-breakfast strolls with the dog. The house has open views from the living room although other rooms are quite overlooked. The layout is a bit quirky with the shower room off the dining room - fine fRead moreor a family group but might be a bit awkward if you were away with friends. We found the house quite cold although the heating did come on at set times in the morning and evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms never seemed to really warm up. Overall the house is fairly dated, in both decor and furnishing, and could do with a refresh. The only shower is pretty feeble, but on the plus side the house was nice and clean. Hide
