The pretty village of Letheringsett lies within the valley of the River Glaven and is famous as the home of the last remaining working watermill in Norfolk. Dive into the history of the Georgian town of Holt (2 miles) by following the Holt Owl Trail with your canine companion in tow and uncover some wonderful independent shops and cafes showcasing some fabulous local produce. From Holt, jump aboard the North Norfolk Steam Railway to reach the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham (9 miles) or take the lead to Blakeney (4.5 miles) or Morston (6 miles) to board a boat trip to nuzzle noses with the resident seals.
