It was also wonderfully quiet, with plenty of parking, which made everything easy and stress-free. The welcome package was such a thoughtful touchloads of eggs and biscuits, which went down very well with everyone. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of pods provided, which felt very generous and much appreciated. Theres a lovely pub just across the road that does fantastic roasts, which wed highly recommend. Trevor was a brilliant hostkind, responsive, and really helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen in the main house had plenty of cupboard space with a huge amount of utensils and the large fridge freezer was very much appreciated. The owners very kindly left eggs, biscuits and chocolates as a welcome pack which were appreciated by all, plus tea, coffee and cleaning products etc which were very helpful. All in all we couldnt have picked a better place to spend Xmas with the family, on our first night we had a meal in the pub about 50 metres from the house which started our break with a lovely Xmas atmosphere.
