Lead your partner and your pup to this fabulous Cornish cottage, and look forward to a romantic retreat filled with endless dog walks and games of fetch in the surrounding countryside. The property, which sleeps two guests and one dog, is an outdoor lovers’ haven, engulfed by never-ending woodlands, fantastic footpaths and cycle paths that energetic pets will love. At night, come home and get cosy by the warmth of the wood burner, reminiscing on a day well spent with Rover comfortably tucked up at your feet.
On a quiet country road, follow the external stone steps to make your way down to this undisturbed holiday home. Head inside and get cosy, enjoying the exposed brickwork and natural textures throughout the single-storey space. Your canine companion will adore having their pup-parents close by in the open-plan living space, gently drifting off with the distant hum of cooking, chatter and the Smart TV in the background. Leave sleeping dogs to lie right here as you head to bed, finding a beautiful king-size bedroom beside a shower room along the hallway. Just outside, the property is completed by a courtyard, enclosed to ensure you can truly relax whilst Rover sniffs around.
Along with the verdant beauty around the property, the wonders of the Cornish coast and countryside also lay waiting to be discovered. Make your way to Bodmin, just 3.5 miles away, and plot a route into Bodmin Moor (5 miles). This rugged heart of the county offers wide open spaces and unique rock formations, ready to be explored with doggie treats in your pocket and man’s best friend at your heel. Moving in the opposite direction, the South Coast awaits. Visit Par (8.5 miles) to spend time on the tail-wagging Par Sands, a small sand beach that’s pet-friendly all year, while other local beaches like Carlyon Bay (13 miles) welcome pets in the off season.
