Wander round the magnificent Cotswolds with your faithful friend at your heel when you stay at this exquisite bolthole. Sleeping just two guests, the quaint, one-bedroom hideaway nestles in the picture-postcard village of Sedgeberrow, 13 miles from Cheltenham. With access to wonderful footpaths to follow through scenic Worcestershire with your furry friend, it comes with a garden for sunny days and a wood burner for warming soft fur on autumn and winter evenings.
Step in through the front door to find accommodation that encompasses a wealth of character and charm. At the heart of the holiday home is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where your contented canine can rest his weary paws after your many dog-friendly days out. Light the wood burner in here, find a good film on the Smart TV and let your chum doze off for a spell. Prepare romantic meals for two and delicious doggy dinners over in the kitchen area. Dine at the table then make coffee in the machine to enjoy out on the balcony. There is also a shower room downstairs. Give your four-pawed pal some last love and attention before bed then settle him for the night and climb the cottage-style stairs. The king-size bedroom, which has sloping ceilings and some limited head-height, is on the first floor. Please be aware that this old cottage also has some uneven floors. Take your puppy pal out into the garden on summer mornings then have a long, lazy breakfast together on the balcony. There is private, driveway parking for one car with this cottage.
Pick up the dog lead, lace up your hiking boots and tackle a section of the Cotswold Way together. Visit scenic Broadway, 6 miles away, and enjoy a 1.5-mile walk up to the tower to take in the magnificent views.
