What a great place. Without a doubt the best welcome basket I've ever had, and I've had loads. The cleanliness is 5*, and for a bunch of gamers the number of smart TVs was exceptional. The dog was really safe in the enclosed quiet garden. Location wise you have a few pubs in walking distance, as well as lots of good local shops nearbRead morey. We really enjoyed our stay. Hide

This property was one of the best we have stayed in, exceptionally maintained throughout with amazing quality for a holiday home. Quirky and interesting with a well thought out welcome pack for humans and our dog loved her comfy bed and the garden. It was a treat to stay in this property and explore the area.

This is a wonderful property and so comfortable and the welcome pack is very generous and well considered. The quality furnishings are of a very high standard. Such a pity that the roads next to the property and the upper historical section of Minster were closed off - it also caused us to get lost a couple of times when returning back to the VillaRead more. The beaches nearby are brilliant for walking and relaxing and we stopped off at Rochester Castle (EH) on the way back to London - an amazing place to visit. Hide

Absolutely outstanding 5 star property. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt right at home. The whole place smelled beautiful and clean and as we went through from the entrance, it just got better and better - we were so pleased wed chosen to book it. The lounge was most comfortable with lovely seating and furniture. The little library waRead mores fascinating with all the books to read- such a wide variety. The dining room was a joy to sit and eat at the table, it felt like a restaurant. Also the lovely little armchairs in there were so comfortable too. The kitchen was very well equipped and the appliances easy to use. We loved all the Portmeirion crockery and accessories. The welcome pack really was absolutely outstanding, packed in a beautiful basket and also with fresh foods in the fridge. The dog bed and accessories were a lovely touch, our dachshund was very happy! Upstairs was the real wow factor - both bedrooms are absolutely beautiful, each with a roll top bath, it was a luxury to have a lovely soak in there. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure too, which is not always the case in holiday cottages. The garden is lovely and we sat out a few times as we were lucky with warm dry weather. Its an easy walk to the beach, which is lovely and had a little ice cream cart with farm style ice cream- beautiful. There was also a lovely cafe there with plenty of drinks and food choice. There is a Co-op 5 mins walk up the footpath which is very convenient. We picked huge blackberries at the end of the drive too and there were plenty around Minster, as well as apples to pick if you wanted them, right at the beach. We really could not recommend this exceptional holiday home highly enough. It deserves more than 5 stars. Hide

The Villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a fabulous getaway. The owners have obviously spent a lot of time and effort renovating the property and choosing the perfect decor. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby, a lovely pub, with a fabulous view and an excellent Chinese all within walking distance. The villagRead moree is lovely, we had a nice walk to Sheerness, and a visit to the local nature reserve. There is definitely plenty to see within a 30/40 minute drive. You wont be disappointed if you choose this as your next holiday home. Hide
