This is a very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The gardens are beautiful and the whole setting is very dog friendly. Although next to the A49, the way in and out via a slip road mitigates this issue and of course this makes it very easy to explore the local area. Lots of NT and similar places and excellent dog walking. Ludlow too is well worRead moreth visiting. Hide

This is a fantastic property, a beautifully restorted timber framed building set in large professonally landscaped gardens to which you have access. The interior is modern with large rooms and first class decoration. The property is spotless with every amenity you could possibly need. The host Victoria is friendly and helpful and she has a lovely Read moredog called Lulu. It is only fair to point out the A49 runs by the property which is noisy although cannot be heard indoors, even so it is still well worth a vist for a unique experience. Hide

Delightful property with friendly owners close to a shop and reasonable pub. Just be warned the property is close to the A49 and whilst with windows closed in October we were barely aware of traffic noise that might be a concern in warmer months if sleeping with open bedroom windows.

It is a beautiful house in a amazing setting. It felt so homely straight away and we felt comfortable and relaxed instantly. The owners were really friendly and made us very welcome. It's a good location for visiting places around Shropshire. The Salway Arms 4mins walk away is also really nice for a drink or meal.
