It’s in a convenient spot right in the centre of Ulverston, a lively market town filled with dog-friendly pubs and cafes you can visit with pets in tow (within 200 metres). You’ll be excellently located for discovering the Southern Lake District (4 miles) – fab for picturesque walks, and nearby coastal locations like Walney Island (9.5 miles).

An ideal location for visiting Ulverston, very close to all shops and there are plenty of pubs to choose from and all within walking distance. The property is very cosy and clean and is more ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, however the shower is rather small. The car park is just across the road from the property, so we bought a parking permit Read morewhich also enables you to use the ticket in other parts of the Lake District, that have the same green logo, so can save you money on parking fees during your stay. I recently stayed at The Quarterdeck in Ulverston with my Fiance, and it truly lived up to its description as a comfortable and well-situated retreat. The property was thoughtfully designed with cozy furnishings and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was idealwithin easy walking distance to Ulverstons charming town centeRead morer, with its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
