From here you can pop to the secluded sandy shores of Towan Beach (7 miles) or catch a ferry to Falmouth (11.5 miles). Also nearby are Porthcurnick Beach (5 miles) and Carne Beach (4.5 miles). Spend an afternoon at National Trust Trelissick Garden (6 miles) for a riverside wander and a look around the art gallery and bookshop.
