Nestled in the picturesque village of Wolf’s Castle, this charming family and dog-friendly cottage offers the perfect retreat near the bustling market town of Haverfordwest and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Beautifully presented and generously proportioned, this cottage is ideal for large gatherings of family or friends, complete with a fully enclosed garden for pets and children to play.

The inviting lounge features three luxurious sofas centred around a Smart TV and electric fire that Rover is sure to adore. Double doors open onto the patio, while the dual-aspect windows flood the space with natural light. The contemporary country kitchen is well-equipped to meet all your culinary needs, complete with a handy breakfast bar. Adjacent, the utility room provides access to the garden, while the dining room is perfect for feasting or family game nights. The ground floor also includes a cosy bedroom with a small double bed, and for those who need to stay connected, there’s a useful work area in the hallway. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The family bedroom features a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom, while a separate adjoining bedroom with a single bed makes it an ideal space for families with young children. The final bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted into a super-king-size on request. A large family bathroom rounds off the home. Outside, the cottage boasts a private lawned garden to the rear, providing ample space for a game of fetch. A lockable garden shed is available for storage, and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and dining bench makes it perfect for al fresco meals. To the front, a patio area with seating around a fire pit offers the perfect spot to unwind under the stars. A lockable garage is available upon request, and there’s private parking for five cars.

This idyllic village is rich with woodland and riverside walks to get tails wagging. Just across the road, you’ll find a welcoming pup-positive pub, while a short stroll to the top of the village takes you to a brasserie and spa. Haverfordwest (8.5 miles) provides a variety of supermarkets, shops, and a local cinema. The cottage's central location puts you within easy reach of postcard-worthy villages and stunning beaches such as Newgale Beach (9 miles), with its expansive pebble-backed sands stretching for over 2 miles (seasonal dog restrictions in specified zones), or year-round dog-friendly Abereiddy (12 miles), a favourite among families and water sports enthusiasts.
