NOT a 3 car drive, this needs to be corrected in the write up. For space, ease and access 2 car drive only, Please be aware if you park in front of the kitchen window there are large garden rocks which are hidden by plants this restricts opening of car doors and if not careful you may damage your car door. Cooker MUST be left on 24/7 its states thiRead mores in the property guide, downstair areas can get hot worse if external temp increases, needed to open doors windows for air flow on a regular basis. Pillows and mattresses need changing not very comfy all rooms. Walk down to the beach is accessed by cutting through Hotel carpark. however bit of a steep walk back, would recommend driving down and parking on carpark by Bettys shop 6 all day. Positives-good view easy access to garden great equipment nice touch with projector to watch films at night. Plenty of space internally and seating. No sea view from lounge, would of worked better if living area was upstairs and all bedrooms on the ground floor. Hide

The location is amazing - we visited some of the best beaches in this area of Cornwall. The town has lovely places to eat and a shop perfect for essentials. You can't really walk down to the town but it's a 2 minute drive. However, our experience of the house was let down by a small amount of maintenance that wouldn't take long to rectify between Read morevisits. It's the little things that make a difference. The drive is not big enough for 3 larger SUV cars. We managed to squeeze on the drive, which left very little room between to try and fill up boots and get kids in the cars. The path to the beach is quite narrow when you exit through the back garden gate. It is a very steep walk down to the beach so this might be tricky for those less able. Alternatively you can drive and park down at the beach which is free. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms with lots of light in the house. The garden is lovely and well kept. The house is on a busier road so care needs to be taken when entering and leaving the property - particularly if cars are speeding along the road. In all the house is in a fab location and there's plenty of space, but it could do with a little TLC to bring it up to a minimum standard expected today and for the price paid. Hide

Lovely home and garden. Spacious rooms, plenty of seating and furniture was good, and a new outside table and chairs were delivered during our stay. Very warm and cosy. Any problems which arose (minor things) the maintenance staff responded to quickly and were very accommodating and polite.

Loved the location of the property, literally only a ten minute walk down to beach although our elderly parents found it too steep to walk back. Very comfortable home and the grand piano was a major highlight! Had beautiful weather all week and spent all of our time on the local beach. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave.
