A stay at this spectacular property is bound to get tails wagging, whether you take your hounds for endless walks on nearby Exmoor or let them romp in the huge, enclosed garden. Perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends, the luxury house welcomes your three canine buddies for a holiday everyone will remember.

After a day of dog-friendly activities, hang leads in the boot room and head into the triple-aspect living space, where a glass-and-oak conservatory area will immediately draw you to inspect its fabulous views. Located 5.5 miles from the village of Bampton, the property is only 6 miles from the southern edges of the Exmoor National Park, where gorgeous scenery provides the backdrop for wild, all-day walks and pub lunches in picturesque villages. For a day at the coast, Minehead is just 22.5 miles away.

We absolutely loved our stay at Western Farm. The house was beautiful, very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, everywhere was lovely and clean and the hot tub was a great bonus, too. Would love to stay again one day.

This is an exceptional property. We arrived to a clean, well-presented, and extraordinarily well-equipped house. As a party of twelve, we were concerned that the property may have felt too small for that number. However, were proved completely wrong, as there is no lack of space with no risk of feeling on top of one another. The setting of the propRead moreerty is excellent, and we had no issue getting to or locating it. I couldn't recommend this property more. Hide

We stayed at Western Farm for a Christmas weekend as a family group of 8 adults, two children and a dog, and we honestly couldnt have chosen a more perfect place. The photos really dont do it justice. From the moment we arrived, the house felt warm, welcoming and spotlessly clean, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the stRead moreay feel extra special. The house is exceptionally well equipped, it genuinely felt like the owners had thought of absolutely everything, making it so easy and comfortable for a large group to stay together. The location is stunning. We were very lucky with the weather and all found ourselves waking up early each morning to watch the sunrise, which was a real highlight. Our dog also had the best time, the secure garden was perfect for her to wander around safely, and the local walks were fantastic. We wouldnt hesitate to book again and would highly recommend Western Farm to anyone looking for a special place to stay. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend. Hide

This is a lovely house in a quiet area on a working shooting estate. Its a good location for exploring Exmoor and east Devon. The house is large and the bedrooms are all good sizes. We followed the provided directions from Tiverton which stated the next left turn after Newhouse Farm, this is not the case as this turn is another farm. The cottage isRead more actually the second turn on the left. Hide

A beautiful cottage only suggestion would be the shelf in the shower of the room directly at the top of the stairs is loose and items fall off, not a criticism but would be a benefit and supply a soft broom for the kitchen dining area

A beautifully appointed and yet very comfortable property. We were 8 adults and five children (7-13 yrs) and it was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of outside space for games.
