We stayed here for Christmas, the property was very spacious upstairs and the games room was an added bonus for an extra living space (especially somewhere for the kids to go and play) The views from the hot tub we're beautiful and the location is perfect for heading out and walking without having to drive anywhere.

We had a fabulous stay at East Paddock Cottage. The cottage is extremely well equipped with everything that we could have wanted for a relaxing holiday. It's spacious and comfortable, and the games room was a huge hit with our kids. The cottage is in a quiet little hamlet, with birdsong and sheep the only sounds we could hear most of the day. But iRead moret's also a quick drive (or pleasant walk!) to some great pubs, with a good range of shops fairly close by as well. It's also well situated for exploring the Yorkshire Dales by foot or bicycle. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this cottage to anyone - and would love to return ourselves! Hide

The house is immaculate and beautifully laid out. Its a perfect cottage in a perfect location. There is so much to do locally that you can return many times and not have done them all. The lay out of the property is perfect, very clean homely and the owners make you feel very welcome. We loved it and will return.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. You only have to drive for a couple of minutes and you are in the middle of stunning moors but you are also only a few miles from villages with shops and restaurants. Lovely views to look at, especially from the hot tub in the evening and out of the window while enjoying coffee in bed in the mornings. The roRead moreoms were very comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen is really well appointed, we had everything we needed which is such a bonus when you are eating in most evenings. Its not as large as the photo implies but as a party of 4 adults we were very comfortable. There is only one shower, in a very tiny bathroom, but it worked for the four of us and the other bathroom is beautifully decorated with a very comfy looking bathtub. We had 3 dogs with us and they were very happy. The garden is small but has a bit of lawn and is totally enclosed. It is also only a 2 minute walk to a rabbit filled field leading to the river - doggy heaven!! The owners are very accommodating and it was lovely to meet them. We would definitely like to come back and stay. Very soon I hope. Hide
