This is a lovely peaceful, relaxing cottage with glorious views. However the outdoor area is very small especially in view of accepting 3 dogs and there was very limited information in the cottage folder. Some basic kitchen equipment was missing - a bread knife and a colander - though Lorraine very kindly went and bought a cafetire for us. It is Read morewell placed for visiting a number of National trust places and the Sicilian restaurant - A Tavola -in New Mills is a must to visit. Hide

Peebs Palace is a very well presented and comfortable converted barn in a great location. It is a compact, but well thought out design and the fixtures and fittings are first class.
