Enjoying an elevated position, via a pathway of 50 steps winding down through the garden, to reach this superb holiday home. Once inside, the views from the lounge and the bedrooms on the first floor make the walk down entirely worth it. Let your pup wander between the two lounges and the kitchen on the ground floor, searching for a cosy spot to settle and drift off, whilst you pop a film on the Smart TV or sit by the patio doors with panoramic views. From these doors, you can reach the decked balcony and the further garden. Please note the pond in the garden and keep a close eye on your dogs. Back indoors, notice a ground-floor WC as you move on upstairs, finding two exceptionally presented bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. There is an additional bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower and WC and outside space downstairs available for guests for an additional £300, (please contact us for more details)
The linked towns of Torquay, Paignton (7 miles) and Brixham (12 miles) can all be found nearby, each one filled with pet-friendly attractions including beautiful beaches and welcoming pubs. You can admire all three towns with a long, rewarding dog walk along the coastal path, or take the dog-welcoming passenger ferry between Torquay and Brixham to admire the views of Torbay from out on the water.
Please note: There are ponds located in the garden, therefore unfortunately children under 7 years-old will not be accepted including babies/infants – please keep older children and dogs under supervision. The garden is not fully enclosed.
