It has been an absolutely lovely stay at Butterwell Barn. The owners put in such a great effort to create this beautiful Barn. The ground floor with the bedroom and bathroom was nice and cool in summer and the upstairs living area was beautifully decorated, and offered great views over the fields, including a view over the paddock where the goats Read morestayed. They offered great entertainment value as well and they regularly waited for us to get their cuddles. Where the owners of the Barn have tried to accommodate a gentle drive towards their property, but unfortunately cannot do much about it, you do have to drive carefully and slowly over the airfield runways to avoid damaging your car. The wider runway at the center does provide the best route. We would definitely come back again when we are in Cornwall next time Hide

What an absolute gem this place is, so rural and quiet, everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were really friendly and helpful too. The property was gorgeous, we couldn't have asked for a lovelier place to spend our honeymoon.

Wonderful cottage recently refurbished to a very high standard, extremely friendly and welcoming and with all of the mod cons you could hope for. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! A great location in terms of being able to get around Cornwall easily and set within a lovely farm, which itself is next to a WW2 airfield (not inRead more current use) where the Memphis Belle once took off from! Would highly recommend and we look forward to coming back!! Hide
