delightful place to stay fabulous views out to sea across the marshes. A very welcoming and spacious place to stay, plenty of outside space for children to tire themselves out without going too far. Visited by the deer every morning , fabulous sunsets even on a cold day, a walkers paradise if that is what you like.

Exceptional location, very nice view and quiet. A lovely enchanted garden in front of the house. We even had deer and lots of birds including an owl visiting which was particularly impressive for our 4 year old daughter.

Excellent property situated in easy reach of neighbouring villages. Wells, Blakeney and Cley. Well equipped. grandchildren loved the freedom of the large garden. All in all it is a fantastic base for visiting Norfolk. We also had a table tennis table in the garden which the children enjoyed.
