A lovely large property. Could do with new sofas that arent so low. Road is extremely main and noisy. Wind is also very noisy as the property is high. Dogs are not secure due to neighbour having access through another gate and no front gates on his property to road.

This property was ideal for our trip, 4 couples. We all felt we had privacy in our own space and our own bathrooms. Perfect. The property is on a busy road but we were indoors and the traffic noise didnt bother us at all. We used the games room for us four ladies to carry out a Pilates class, and once the table tennis table was folded there was moRead morere than enough room. Really lovely bed linen and towels. I took extra tea towels and we did use them as the two left for us were not enough when you eat in. A perfect long weekend. Thank you. Hide

Our family party of ten adults and two small children rented the property as part of our Christmas celebrations. A perfect house for a large family holiday of four generations. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom on the same level as the kitchen and open plan living area were ideal for the Great Grandparents. All of the beds were very comfortable with beautifully clean and fresh linen. The outside spaces were perfect for the four dogs and the hot tub and balcRead moreony areas ideal for the adults. The outside steps to the large balcony area were helpful for our elderly collie who cant manage open tread stairs (inside) The table tennis table was a great success and we even ran our own mini tournament. Unfortunately, the arcade game machine didn't work. The dining table was great for playing cards, dominoes etc in the evening however the chairs were pretty rickety and needed tightening. The whole house is brilliantly equipped and very comfortable apart from the very large and very low sofas which are near impossible to get down to and up from. We brought in our camping chairs for our time indoors. Overall, a brilliant find Hide

This property is within a good driving distance to Padstow. We found it to be a good base for trips to coastal areas. The hot tub was very pleasant. The property sits just off a main road, therefore needing to mind that the gates are closed before allowing dogs to be let out. The property had good amenities. There is ample room on the drive for parRead moreking - we fit 3 cars with loads of room to spare. The games room is a nice addition, although when we arrived all of the ping pong balls were squashed / broken? Sofa upstairs has seen better days, as have some of the dining chairs - both easy issues to rectify. At the time of our visit there was building work occurring on the development - not really an issue just something to be aware of if looking to book. Lovely views of Padstow from the upper level. Overall a nice place to stay, perhaps just needs a little love in a few places. Hide

Rock View is a stunning, spacious, well appointed, high quality property. The upstairs living area is open plan, very spacious and ideal for large family gatherings. Bathrooms had bath and shower options, all fitted to a high standard. Downstairs there was a large playroom with table tennis table and games machine, both of which scored a big hit with my grandchildren. The outdoor hot shower also proved to be a winner for rinsing off wetsuits etc after a day on the beach. Rock View is ideally located less than 3 miles from Padstow and relatively close to a number of beaches and other popular attractions in the area. It was the perfect holiday venue to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday along with our sons, daughters-in-law and 5 grandchildren. Hide
