A well-equipped games room and a handy utility room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you''ll find a magnificent lounge/kitchen/diner with ample space for you and the dogs to spread out and relax. This open-plan living space boasts a vaulted ceiling, wooden floors, and large windows framing coastal vistas. As well as Crantock Beach, you''ll find that your dogs are welcome on many of Newquay''s other iconic beaches, such as Fistral and Towan. The South West Coast Path passes through the town, offering spectacular walking opportunities with far-reaching views. On a hot day, you may want to head to Cardinham Woods (22 miles) for a shady stroll or let the hounds splash around in the shallow waters of the Gannel Estuary (0.5 miles).
