The house has a reverse-level layout to make the most of the far-reaching views, with the four beautiful bedrooms occupying the ground floor. The master super-king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the three remaining super-king-size bedrooms are served by two shower rooms and a family bathroom, also on this floor. A well-equipped games room and a handy utility room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you''ll find a magnificent lounge/kitchen/diner with ample space for you and the dogs to spread out and relax. This open-plan living space boasts a vaulted ceiling, wooden floors, and large windows framing coastal vistas. Create delicious dinners in the sleek kitchen area, to share together at the beautiful oak dining table. As well as Crantock Beach, you''ll find that your dogs are welcome on many of Newquay''s other iconic beaches, such as Fistral and Towan. On a hot day, you may want to head to Cardinham Woods (22 miles) for a shady stroll or let the hounds splash around in the shallow waters of the Gannel Estuary (0.5 miles).

The best property I've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Best location too. The only downside is that this property is already booked for next year for when I would like to return...gutted! Not surprised though as it's fabulous.

A superb property that has been carefully designed and equipped with a family holiday in mind. We were a family of 8 with ages ranging from 19 to 83 and the property met all our needs. A quiet location with fantastic views including the continuous changing dynamic of the Gannel. Fortunately the weather was good for us but we all commented on the faRead morect that we could quite happily have been entertained in the house if we had experienced inclement weather. It is worth noting that there are stairs to access the property and stairs from the ground floor to the first floor. The location is quiet with Lewinnick Lodge, Fistrel beach and hotel restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The hustle and bustle of Newquay town is only a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk from the property. We would strongly recommend this property for a holiday in Cornwall. Hide
