Situated in the heart of town, four humans and two happy hounds have the run of this two-bedroom property, which features spacious yet cosy living areas and a pretty courtyard garden.

Arranged over two storeys, this semi-detached cottage is warm and welcoming with relaxed, rural decor. The cosy lounge is the ideal spot to let sleeping dogs lie after adventurous days, with a feature fireplace and selection of comfortable seating. Great location in Holt with access to shops and convenient location for many beaches by car. A short walk to Spout Hill which was great for walks with the dog. The car parking in the allotment is a short walk. The neighbours are very friendly and don't mind you pulling up outside on the double yellows to load the car etc for a short time. There areRead more some elements of the cottage that need some attention from the owners which I have messaged them about but they are nothing that impacts the comfort of the stay. It's an old rustic cottage with all the essentials. We had a baby and a dog and had a comfortable and pleasant stay here. Hide

The cottage is in an ideal location, very quiet but very close to all the shops and restaurants. Excellent safe parking close by. An ideal cottage for two but too small for anymore both downstairs and in the bedrooms. Some of the furniture was a little drab downstairs.

This is a lovely cottage to stay for a week in Holt. Would love to stay again as cleaning completed to a good standard and the beds were extremely comfortable with crisp white linen. Take a hairdryer and cafeteria if like us you dont like pod machines.

The cottage is in a lovely location and holt is a good base to travel around Norfolk. Decor in cottage a little tired and lack of basics like a Pyrex dish or plastic microwavable, even an egg cup. Toaster wasnt working but this was replaced straight away. Beds comfortable and little welcome pack was nice.

The location is perfect for exploring Holt and the parking space is a bonus. It is a shame an active building site is approximately 25 meters from the cottage. Workers and vehicles arrived most mornings at 7.30 am. On Monday morning the first tipper lorry arrived at 7.15 am.

We had a couple of niggles which was unfortunate as the cottage was ultimately very comfortable. One shower didn't work and the two bedroom radiators would not turn off, these things were fixed after calls and office visits. There was also a foul smell when we first flushed the toilet which luckily cleared with time and did not return.

A delightful cottage in a fantastic location in Holt, with easy parking and close to all the wonderful amenities Holt has to offer. The bedrooms are compact but as only two of us we used one as a dressing room which worked very well. The kitchen could be better equipped but it was perfectly functional.
