Watch your canine companion leave paw prints galore on the sand when he stays at this splendid holiday retreat in Cromer. The sumptuous duplex apartment makes a great base for couples or small families on a Norfolk seaside break with a pet. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom property is well placed for the Norfolk Coast Path, dog-friendly stately home parkland and beaches where your pal can run free without restriction.

Open the door at ground level and head upstairs to this beautiful bolthole above an eatery. Discover your accommodation has a wealth of original features and an exquisite interior design. Follow your four-legged friend into the striking lounge, which is lined with gorgeous sash windows. Let him doze on the rug as you stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. When mealtimes beckon and it is time to start preparing the fresh Norfolk seafood you have bought in town, take him through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with you. Here he can feast before stretching out while you cook then dine at the table or the unique window seat overlooking the town. Settle him for the night in here before heading up to the floor above and laying your head in one of the two king-size bedrooms. Each of these has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. There is no outside space with this apartment, but the esplanade, where you can stretch furry legs, is less than 200 metres away. Parking for the apartment is in a paid car park 500 metres away. Guests can park closer to unload first.

Stroll just over 1 mile to the beach at East Runton, where pups can play all year round. Visit Felbrigg Hall, 3 miles away, with its acres of lovely grounds to keep tails wagging.

A perfect location in the main street, with terrific views of the pier itself.. We came and went as we pleased via the door code... Flat is quirky, spiral staircase to first floor with lovely kitchen and big lounge area, then up again spirally to Toilet/Bath and 2 ensuite doubles and a further bunk bed room, then up again into the converted roof sRead morepace...(and another toilet!). Ate at Fino (not cheap but nice) - No.1 Fish and Chips (could not be faulted) - And Pangleburys for coffee and cake on arrival.. Also went to Rocket cafe for Breakfast (very nice) and also Spinnakers near car park for Breafast the next day! - Would stay again - many thanks Hide
