This spacious seaside property is situated in an elevated position with far-reaching countryside views and a beautiful garden which is sure to set tails wagging. Sleeping eight humans and two hounds, it''s a brilliant base for reunions and family gatherings, with the nearest dog-friendly beach of Porth Neigwl less than 3 miles away.

Enticing you to kick back and relax, the living room has a cool, coastal theme with neutral colours and natural wood flooring. Here, you can sink into one of the two leather sofas and watch a film, or throw open the patio doors to let the outside in. Adjoining the lounge area is the dining area, filled with natural light, creating a perfect setting for mealtimes all through the day. Around the corner, the monochrome kitchen has been finished to a high standard, with plenty of space to store your local produce and all the equipment you’ll need to cook up a family feast. The first of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor, featuring a delightful double bed, and a bathroom with a separate shower is just down the hall for convenience. On the first floor, there are a further three bedrooms and a second family bathroom. The master bedroom is delightful with a charming four-poster bed, an en-suite shower room and access to the balcony which overlooks the beach. Completing the sleeping arrangements are two twin bedrooms, one of which also boasts access to the balcony. Enveloping the property is a picturesque garden with plenty of space for your hounds to play, as well as an area for al fresco dining on the terrace whilst you soak in the serene views.

Within a mile of your doorstep, you’ll be able to join a stretch of the Wales Coast Path. The Llyn Peninsula section stretches for a total of 111 miles, so you’re sure to have a ball exploring the rugged scenery and hidden beaches along the way. Head to the market town of Pwhelli (7 miles) and you’ll find a great selection of dog-friendly pubs for a treat during your break, as well as a blissful beach which welcomes pups to play at all times of the year.

We booked this property for a family holiday and we found the layout and accommodation suited us perfectly. There was plenty of space and the garden was huge, ideal for our small grandchildren to run around in. The bedrooms were all of a good size and the balcony offered great views. The building site is very apparent but there was little activity Read moreduring our stay and, when the builders did cause an obstruction they were very apologetic and keen to help. The property is just as it is depicted on the photos. We plan to revisit. Hide

Great location and lovely property. Building works impacted stay a little with builders parking on the driveway, however they were mostly quite friendly and happy to move.
