Located in the popular seaside resort of St Ives, this family-friendly duplex apartment is a brilliant base to explore the West Cornwall coast with your canines in tow. Boasting a year-round dog-friendly beach just a mile from your doorstep and coastal views out of the window, you and your pups will be able to make the most of the full experience during your stay.

Upon arrival, make straight for the second floor where the living room/diner offers an impressive view of St Ives from the large window. Decorated with a coastal theme, this cool and calming space is sure to please humans and hounds, with plenty of space on the sofas to sprawl out, and sunny spots by the window for an afternoon snooze. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, located to make the most of the sights of the water to create a lovely ambience for mealtimes. The kitchen is on the first floor, providing a full set-up to allow you to cook up your family''s favourite meals during your stay. When it’s time for bed, take your pick from one of the three bedrooms, which include an en-suite king-size bedroom looking out to sea, as well as an en-suite twin bedroom well-suited to children. The final bedroom is on the second floor, boasting another king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. At the back of the property, there is a multi-level garden where you can soak in the atmosphere whilst your pup basks in the sunshine.

For invigorating walkies, you’ll have easy access to the South West Coast Path from St Ives, with clifftop views and plenty of exciting scents to sniff along the way whether you travel towards Zennor or Cabis Bay. For salty sea dogs, an array of boat trips is on offer welcoming hounds on board to explore the history and wildlife of the local area with opportunities to see a wide range of sealife, as well as landmarks such as Godrevy Lighthouse. Those who prefer to stay on land can take a trip to Godrevy National Trust (12 miles) to admire the views from a different perspective.

Very well positioned property with great facilities and lovely views. Had a wonderful time during our stay and look forward to returning at some point in the future

The cottage was lovely. Fabulous views and close to bus stop and trains, beaches and a very pleasant 7 minute walk into bay of st ives. The cottage had everything that we needed for a lovely holiday, even an umbrella which fortunately we didnt need! Lots of info in cottage re good restaurants that accepted dogs and beaches that accepted dogs andRead more what time you could take them on the beach. Id definitely recommend this property. The only criticism would be the stairs are quite steep for old people and young children Hide
