Explore by road, or the station in Rye provides an easy trip into Old Hastings (11 miles) or over to Ashford (20 miles) for shopping at the large designer outlet centre. Dungeness (9 miles) is famous for its vast expanse of shingle on the edge of the Romney Marsh and is popular with wildlife enthusiasts, photographers, and artists.
This coach house is light and spacious and has secure garage parking below with access from the property. It is a perfect area for storing bicycles and surfboards. The open-plan living room is a great sociable space and has a comfortable seating area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. There is a selection of board games for indoor entertainment and there is a dining table with seating for six. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for preparing family meals. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a TV and the other with twin beds (beds are 2’6 so may be better suited to children and teenagers). Both bedrooms have hanging space and drawers for storage. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath, a washbasin and WC.
There is a small courtyard, part deck and gravel and accessed through the garage, with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning cuppa or an evening sundowner! There is also a charcoal BBQ, and stored in the garage are children’s boogie boards, a sun parasol, buckets and spades, and a beach cricket set.
