This elegant town-centre holiday home with a large garden is filled with chic, country-style furnishings with chandelier lighting and a large formal dining table. Host a special getaway with up to six other guests and two four-legged friends in the Suffolk market town of Halesworth with traditional pubs and cosy cafes on your doorstep. Enjoy long, scenic dog walks along the coast and explore the walking trails in the Suffolk and Essex Coast and Heaths National Landscape.

Step inside and move through the hallway into the bright, neutral-toned lounge with a bay window and plush velvet sofas surrounding the eye-catching fireplace with a gas fire. Additional seating can be found in the snug which is stocked with books and games. Head into the formal dining room with a grand and intricately carved wooden dining table which sits beneath a chandelier-style light. A contrasting, minimalist and contemporary kitchen with grey cabinets and wooden worktops offers plenty of surface space for teamwork when cooking. Also on the ground floor is a utility room and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and doors to the garden. Ascend the curved staircase to reach a family bathroom plus three more bedrooms – a super-king-size zip-and-link, a king-size, and a single room. Outside is an enclosed garden, bordered with flowerbeds, which contains a patio area with furniture.

During your stay in Halesworth, stroll past the historic buildings, through the market square and along the river before stopping at the art galleries, shops and traditional pubs. Spend an evening at the theatre and take Fido to stretch their legs in Halesworth Town Park. Sniff out Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve and the waterside Collins Island Nature Reserve (both within 7.5 miles). Pack your beach towels and go mutts at the dog-friendly Walberswick Beach (10.5 miles).

Wonderful stay . Beautiful house, well equipped warm and great location. Main road was busy when trying to access the property. Garden is spacious for dogs. Thank you for the welcome pack on arrival.

A very roomy house with very good equipment. Comfortable seating Plenty screens and large very well equipped kitchen . Although on the main road the traffic could barely be heard. It was a super base for exploring Suffolk.
