Excellent position for everything. Great walks to be had. Fantastic property - especially if you're a mid century fan. The attention to detail was excellent - even down to the David Mellor cutlery. Beautiful garden and so peaceful. Loved the simplicity and authenticity.

I was looking forward to our stay in Warberswick and wasnt disappointed by the village and location of the house. Seagulls itself is an interesting and unusual design layout but the facilities provided, level of comfort, standard of maintenance and decoration, quality of furnishings were disappointing. The 50s style house architecture seems to bRead moree loved by the family but the house feels as if its been left in a time warp with floors, curtains, kitchen units/worktops, furnishings and bathroom all looking sparse, tired and worn. Plastic bench seating in dining area, uncomfortable dining and lounge seating, worn bath surface and lack of shower in main bathroom, lack of chest and wardrobe space in bedrooms, inadequate window blinds that dont provide black out, broken light fittings , all detract from what could be a nice and comfortable house to stay in. On then positive side the garden is well maintained and lovely and completely dog secure. Hide

We loved our week staying at Seagulls. Such a peaceful spot with what must be one of the best views in Walberswick out across a field and marshes to the sea, yet within walking distance of a shop, excellent deli, and pubs. The house is light, minimally yet tastefully furnished, and the garden delightful. Original, simple kitchen and bathroom designRead mores are retained, but function well. The ground floor bedroom with nearby shower room suited a family member with limited mobility. And we enjoyed the croquet! Hide

Seagulls is a wonderful house, on the edge of the village, with beautiful views. I could not recommend it highly enough. We will be back.

It was a surprise there was no dishwasher but I found washing up quite therapeutic. Parking is awkward in a small space. Views amazing, beds comfy. Disappointed the goal had gone in the garden. We loved the quirky, mid 20th century house.

We had a lovely stay in this charming modernist property over-looking a cropped field, reed marshes and dunes out to the sea, with Sizewell in the distance. The rooms are generous and intriguingly sparsely, yet comfortably, furnished. We need separate sleeping arrangements, and the two double-bed rooms suited us well, with their separate bathroom aRead morend shower rooms and toilets. The room with bunkbeds looked appealing but wasn't needed by us. The art decorating the property was refreshingly engaging. And having a DVD player and fine selection of DVD's, along with a variety of network TV options was a delight. The Co-op, 2 pubs, a little local deli, along with tearooms, ice cream outlets, gift and memorabilia shops, are a pleasant walk away, as is the beach, and the ferry across to Southwold. This was not the first time we have been to Walberswick and Southwold, and this part of the Suffolk Coast, but it is always a pleasure, and this was no exception. Hide

It is a beautiful house, stylish, spacious and comfy , in a stunning location and with a gorgeous garden. Close to the local co-op. It feels like the owners have just left and invited us to use their space while they were out. Hope to visit again.
