Within easy reach of the beach and the thriving town centre, this stylishly updated, beautifully furnished and elegantly decorated holiday home is perfect for families and friends enjoying a peaceful break near the heart of Whitby. With ample space for six human and two canine guests, the colourful and light-filled retreat features a soothing hot tub, a traditional wood burner and a fun air hockey table.

You will be greeted by a convenient porch area, perfect for leaving boots and drying muddy paws before you head down the hall into the elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The spacious kitchen area has ample equipment, with a handsome breakfast bar and sleek marble surfaces. This leads through to the colourful lounge, stylishly furnished and featuring a Smart TV, an air hockey table and an atmospheric wood burner. Upstairs, there’s an invigorating bathroom and three tastefully decorated bedrooms: two delightful doubles (each with a Smart TV) and a children’s twin room with a single bed and a cabin bed. Bifold doors lead from the dining area into the rear courtyard with a sumptuous corner sofa and bubbling hot tub providing a wonderful spot for you all to unwind in, with your four-legged friends enjoying the sunshine. There’s also a charming front garden with a large grassy area. Off-street parking is available for two cars.

The popular resort of Whitby is a fantastic place for dogs and their owners to visit, with several stunning dog-friendly beaches and a variety of pet-welcoming places to eat and drink. From the harbour, you and your pets can take boat trips along the River Esk and out to sea. Energetic pups can lead you up the 199 Steps towards the remains of Whitby Abbey, or you can take a more leisurely trip by steam engine to explore the North York Moors.

No 28 is a very comfortable , attractive and well equipped house for a family. Good location for exploring the area and easy walk into Whitby centre. The hot tub is a welcome addition.

Wow! What a lovely house. The standard of the interior is second to none. Its a very quiet area and is very relaxing whilst you stay there. The house has everything you could wish for and after a long day of walking the hot tub hit the spot. Thanks again for a superb weekend.

We had a lovely break at No 28. The house was clean and very well equipped for us to cook each night in the beautiful kitchen. The shops and pubs of Whitby are a short walk away and the beach even closer. We would absolutely recommend this fantastic house and would love to return.

Lovely property in a great location that has been renovated to a high standard. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. A real home from home and the owner was very attentive. I would certainly recommend.

No 28 is a home away from home. Weve never stayed anywhere so welcoming, homely and comfortable. The house is immaculately clean and modern. If youre into cooking, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need! The kids loved the air hockey table and the hot tub was amazing. The location was perfect, just tucked away from all the crowds andRead more bustle but only a 10 minute walk down the prom into town. What a fantastic home from home, very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely and modern and the hot tub was very relaxing after doing a lot of walking. We only used the car a couple of times during our stay as the property was very well located for the beach and town.
