Kick off your shoes in the hallway and step into the welcoming open-plan lounge/diner. Two plump leather sofas and an armchair sit inside in the neutral-toned lounge area which is kept bright from the large bay window and chandelier lighting. Walk across the wooden floor into the casual dining space with a wooden table surrounded by coastal-themed art. Continue into the white galley-style kitchen with dark surface tops on the sleek, fitted units. Also on the ground floor is a convenient utility room. Climb the stairs to reach a family bathroom plus two bedrooms – a king-size with a TV, and a family room with a double and single bed. The second floor contains a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a single bedroom. Outside is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture.
