This delightful dog-friendly townhouse in the heart of the village of Mumbles has a host of seaside delights on the doorstep and lies close to the scenic Gower Peninsula’s golden beaches. Perfectly placed for families or friends, the holiday home sleeps seven guests, along with one canine companion. Lively Mumbles has lots to see and do and you are within 0.25 miles of the beach, shops and eateries. Attractions in vibrant Swansea (6 miles) include the National Waterfront Museum and the Dylan Thomas Centre.

Bright cushions, lamps and pictures create a welcoming home-from-home atmosphere in this stylishly furnished property. A fine ornamental period fireplace takes pride of place in the spacious lounge, with comfortable sofas and a formal dining area. The airy kitchen/diner, in white and pale wood, has French doors opening to a patio and enclosed garden. Climb to the first floor, with a family bathroom and four beautifully presented bedrooms. These comprise a super-king-size, a twin and a king-size on the first floor, and a king-size with a sea view on the second floor. Outside, the rear patio and garden are a peaceful spot to relax with your pets.

Enjoy the sea air on a stroll along historic Mumbles Pier, a Victorian landmark and home to the RNLI lifeboat house. Canine chums are welcome and there’s an amusement arcade, plus a games room, complete with a karaoke machine, perfect for rainy days. Explore secret staircases and view medieval graffiti in 12th century Oystermouth Castle, with panoramic views across Swansea Bay. Head to Three Cliffs Bay (6 miles) and Pobbles Bay (5 miles) for pristine, pet-friendly beaches with sand and rock pools, where happy hounds can race through the shallows while surf dudes ride the rollers.

A truly lovely house in a great location, well presented with everything we needed. We had a lovely time and I would highly recommend and would rebook.

House is so well decorated and furnished and had absolutely everything we needed.Really convenient for shopping and eating/drinking in the village and walking to langland etc.Highly reccomended!

Had a great stay at this property, lots of things really well thought out and limits the amount of stuff you need to take with you on holiday. Really spacious and clean, great location and the parking is an added bonus!
