This fantastically located abode is just 2.5 miles from the local town of Totnes, an easy length for an enjoyable dog walk. Here you can embark on a route along the River Dart, letting your doggo chase wildlife amongst National Landscape scenery all the way down to Dartmouth (9 miles). Also close by, discover the trio of Riviera towns, Brixham (7 miles) Paignton (4 miles) and Torquay (7 miles), each worth a visit with dog-friendly bay boat rides available in-between them.
