Cosy cottage and good location for the coast and Dartmouth. Parking not ideal and owners should look to invest in off street parking as could be achieved.

Loved it as it reminded my wife and I of our London childhood homes of the 1960s / 70s. The place was untidy, dirty and not looked after at all. Loved the Formica kitchen worktop that was pealing, the rusty fridge freezer that took two days to find outside. The ikea duvets that were a tad bigger than the mattress. No central heating , but the electRead moreric heater supplied in living room was very good. The hot tub was nice but tired and needs attention. Loads of light bulbs not working had to take all the bulbs from main bedroom to power the two lamps in living room. The parking is obviously a problem, knock on the door on our first night asking us to move it from one of the two locations the owner recommended. Could go on but wont. The cottage needs closing for a month and a total refit. Apart from that had a good time in a nice isolated location. Hide

The location of the property is quiet and peaceful and a real tonic if you are looking to unwind/de-stress! The hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location. Very comfortable, with everything you need. Beware of the drop at the edge of the parking triangle.
