Upstairs, the double bedroom awaits, offering stunning views from your bedside. A separate shower room completes this warm and welcoming home. Outside, the enclosed garden wraps around the property, featuring a gravel terrace and outdoor seating area, perfect for soaking up the sunshine or enjoying al fresco dining while Rover sniffs around the borders. You won't have to go far for walks with your furry friend as just under 1 mile away lies the Great Flat Lode, a former tramway trail that winds its way through the rugged landscape, offering breathtaking views from the hilltop site of Carn Brae. For a day by the sea, venture 10 miles to the sweeping golden sands of St Ives Bay, where you'll find unrestricted access for four-pawed pals year-round between Gwithian and Haley beaches. Extend your exploration to the charming fishing village of Porthleven, where you can indulge in some traditional fish and chips or treat yourself to an ice cream while admiring the bustling harbour with your faithful friend by your side.

Lovely cottage good location for visiting all tourist spots the hosts were really welcoming and on hand if you required anything,lovely couple.definitely recommend this cottage and the hot tub was a perfect end to a day of sightseeing

Had a lovely stay and the cottage was in an ideal location to visit all of our favourite places in Cornwall. The hot tub was an added bonus aswell to come home to after a long day walking with the dogs. Local park 100 yards along the road to take dogs for a quick toilet came in handy too!

Fantastic hideaway with great views and convenient location. Lovely Cornish cream tea in welcome pack and also treats for our dog which she loved. Met Nigel the owner who provide useful information about local area. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a lovely break at Fir Tree Cottage. The property was exceptionally clean, really well equipped and comfortable with lovely views from the large kitchen/diner and upstairs. Great secure rear garden for our dog and use of a lovely hot tub . We received a lovely welcome gift of cream tea, milk, scones, cornish cream and jam and tea bags andRead more coffee, sugar etc and a pack of dog treats which Bodie appreciated. Great location with a few miles of Portreath/ porthtowan beaches and Porthleven/ Marazion also on 10 miles and Penzance 18 miles. Recommend the views and beaches from Godrevy cliff car park. Hide

I had a fabulous stay, the advert does not do this cottage justice. The cottage is immaculate and is very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything required as well as additional creature comforts. The secure garden was great for my dog, and the hottub was just what was needed after very long walks. The cottage was beautiful and immaculate. The complimentary milk, clotted cream and scones were a lovely touch and delicious. A lovely closed in and private garden which is completely concrete so no mud was great for dogs. Thank you Nigel and Sue

Great Base for a Holiday if you are looking to travel to all parts of Cornwall. TheCottage was excellent with a welcome basket of goodies and the hot tub was a Bonus.

Lovely cottage in a good location for access to southern Cornwall and reasonably priced in the early summer season. However, parking is on the busy roadside, which is not ideal.
