Acceptable warmth. Bed like a marshmallow, which is not my preference. Also a bit of an odd smell in bedroom.

Not suitable for elderly due to steep steps. No parking of any size, on road only one hour during the day. Cottage well supplied with equipment and nicely furnished.

I have stayed in your cottage's for over 10 years, this cottage was ok but it did not justify a 4 rating at all

This is a lovely cottage in a good location. The stairs are extremely steep, but there are sturdy banisters on either side if you have any mobility difficulties. Parking (always a bonus in Holt) is tight but achievable with a small to medium sized car. We had a minor problem with a leaky pipe in the bathroom, but both the rental agency and the housRead moree owner were very quick and effective in getting the problem sorted out within a few hours. The cottage is most attractively and thoughtfully presented - good furniture, pictures, guide books, kitchen equipment.

Cottage was well placed both in the village and that part of Norfolk. Holt is also well served with pubs, takeaways and shops.

Cottage is in very good location and well equipped for a weeks stay. Plenty of hot water. Highly recommend Owl Tearoom for breakfast and light snacks. Also Byfords was really good too. Holt is a very friendly town and would be happy to return.

A comfortable well equipped cottage very close to the amenities of the town with everything in easy walking distance. Both spout hills and holt country park are very easily accessed and theres an abundance of wildlife around. Seeing a red kite from the dining table in the cottage was very special.
