Set in the serene village of Trevone, this gorgeous newly built property (2023) is perfect for families, groups of friends and up to three beloved four-legged friends searching for a peaceful coastal getaway. The house is 2 miles from Harlyn Beach, which welcomes your pups all year round. It has rock pools to explore and is a great place for surfers. Padstow, one of the most popular seaside towns in Cornwall, is just 2 miles away.

Step into this stylish three-storey property featuring an innovative, reverse-level design that maximises the breathtaking sea views over Trevone Bay. This property seamlessly blends contemporary design with coastal charm, offering a sophisticated retreat with comfort and panoramic views to the fore. The ground floor welcomes you with plenty of natural light and an impressive double-height hallway. Downstairs is a contemporary family bathroom, and four bedrooms: one king-size and one double (both with sea views, balconies with furniture, and en-suite bathrooms), another double, and a twin. Upstairs is the heart of the home, an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with comfortable seating around large patio doors looking out to magnificent sea views and a Smart TV for evening entertainment. Your hounds will find a sunny spot to enjoy a sleep. Cook up a storm in the kitchen and enjoy the views while you eat together. Descend to the lower ground floor, and you’ll discover a cosy snug with a TV and a wet room. Outside, enjoy dining alfresco with a handy BBQ; for chillier evenings, the fire pit will help to keep everyone warm. The garden is enclosed, perfect for your four-legged friends to play safely.

The golden sands of Constantine Bay and the nearby Treyarnon Bay (both within 3 miles) provide pristine beaches for relaxing, walking four paws and surfing. Pencarrow House and Gardens (12.5) has 50 acres to set tails wagging and is a great day out for all ages. For walkers and cyclists, the Camel Trail (8.5 miles) is a lovely, scenic off-road adventure.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a 30th birthday with our multi-generational family. The house is beautifully locatedpeaceful and secluded, yet less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, though a hairdryer would have been a helpful addition. A beautiful spacious house - well equipped and with beautiful views. Wonderful walks from the door and just a few minutes walk from the beach. We were a family and friends group and the living/social area was perfect.

Disappointed on arrival to learn that there was a building site next door, while this wasnt an issue over the weekend it became an issue Monday - Friday with typical building site noises throughout the day. That said, the main issue was the issues caused to access the driveway to the property with parking. Twice during our stay there were near missRead morees. Hide

This is an amazing high end property, perfect for an extended family and in our favourite location...Trevone. We have booked for 4 weeks next year in June, and two weeks this year in November and we cant wait to get back there!!

Had a great few days away at Pentire. As a group of 8, we all loved the house and its location - so lucky to have great weather and enjoy using the top floor balcony in the afternoon and evenings.

New-build, open-plan house with lots of light & space. As it stands in a cul-de-sac there is no through traffic & so little external noise. Stunning immaculate property - views from the property amazing, from opening the curtains in the bedroom in the morning to the breath-taking sunsets on the main balcony in the evening. Kitchen, as was the rest of the house, amazingly equipped. We only used the car once because the coastal walks in the area are so easily accessible. So many beacRead morehes and bays to choose from, places to visit, from the hussle and bussle of Padstow, with boat trips, ferry to Rock, to the peace of Trevone. There are beach bars at Trevone and Harlyn, we enjoyed lobster at the Lobster Shed at The Pig in Harlyn, visited Padstow Farm shop several times, which is very close to Trevone, they sell delicious produce / meats / gins etc. Thank you to the owner of Pentire for keeping such a fabulous property, thank you Trevone.
