Excellent place to stay. Comfortable, well equipped and spacious accommodation in a great location. The games/cinema room is a brilliant addition. Great for dogs with hard floors throughout downstairs and stairgate fitted. Close to the beach and local pubs & cafes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would highly recommend.

Dawlish House is an excellent cottage to spend your time in and is very well positioned if you want to access Kings Lynn, nearby beaches as well as the great little coastal villages further towards Brancaster etc. There is a separate building (a converted Barn area at the bottom of the garden) with pool table, darts board and tv. This was a huge asRead moreset and our teens made it their own for hours at a time. The house itself is big and airy with tons of space and a large garden. Its has a great kitchen area, comfy (not at all lumpy!) beds and handy parking for 3 cars. The ground floor is really well planned for pets to stay, with a stair gate and pet-proof fixtures. Ben, the owner, is communicative and helpful in very way. He allowed us to bring our cat (which very few do) and this was very much appreciated. We are 2 adults and 3 teenagers with one cat who all had a great time. Highly recommended! Hide

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Decor was lovely, size of bedrooms perfect. Converted barn/cinema room in the garden was the icing on the cake, spent many evenings having pool tournaments and watching darts. Planning on returning again next year it was so fabulous

Dawlish House is a fabulous property in a great location for exploring west and north Norfolk. The off road parking, large fully enclosed garden and games barn meant that the children and our dogs could all enjoy their break safely. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated with original features maintained. We had a lovely 6 days exploring tRead morehe area and particularly enjoyed Snettisham village, Hunstanton and Blakeney. We would definitely recommend the property to others and if visiting the area again would not hesitate to come back. Hide

Beautiful house well equipped. The third bedroom was much larger than we thought with two double beds so that was great. Secure garden for dogs, great games room. Lovely village location to really nice dog friendly pubs and a really nice tea room, which did a great breakfast.
