Foxglove Cottage was a perfect place to stay. It was immaculate, well presented, very homely and comfortable. Lovely enclosed garden area for the dogs. One of our favourite places to stay in the area close to family. Weve been coming here for many years but its popular and often already booked up when we want it. Very comfortable double bed giving us a much better nights sleep all 5 nights we were there than we get at home. Plenty of space for 4 and a small dog. We stayed at Foxglove Cottage for 4 nights and loved it. The cottage is very well equipped, has two large bedrooms, one double with an excellent en-suite and a twin with another bathroom. The garden is large and was ideal for our dog, plus Jonathan and Elenor are great hosts on their 100 acre dairy farm. Well worth a visit.

Very helpful owner, lovely location with the cows (working girls) going past the back gate into the milking parlour. Occasional visit from the farm cat (very nervous). Very quiet and really enjoyed our stay, apart from the weather. We had a very pleasant stay. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Foxgloves was very well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine as well as lots of crockery suitable for different types of meals. It is a very good location for accessing all areas of Cornwall and we went out visiting various places that took less than 30 minutes to get to. We have never been based on a working farm before but found it very interesting particularly as Jonathan the farmer gave us lots of interesting information. The cottage was warm, comfy and cheerfully decorated. We didnt use all the kitchen appliances but there was everything there. We would go back there.

We looked for 2 points which were somewhere nearby to park our car and a place for the dog to run outside and this met both criteria very well. This cottage had everything you would want and more.

This is a wonderful rental. Much bigger than it looks on the pictures. The garden is also great and again much bigger than on the pictures. We stay in lots of holiday rentals and would definetly recommend this to anyone wanting to see the far end of Cornwall. Spotlessly clean and the owners very friendly and left us milk and cookies.
