Previously a historic 16th-century pub, this large and luxurious 12-bedroom property oozes character from its original features like wooden beamed ceilings, while also having a hot tub, dance floor, bar, cinema room with a popcorn machine, and a games room. Sleeping up to 28 guests and three canine companions, this property is an excellent choice for a special getaway in the scenic countryside of East Devon.

Inside, you’ll find a sociable open-plan living space with a bar, PA sound system with disco lights and a dance floor. Adjacent is a cinema room with a Smart TV and vintage velvet cinema chairs. Get competitive in the games room, with a snooker table, table tennis and air hockey. The lounge is spacious and bright with an exposed stone inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, green Chesterfield sofas and a decorative piano. Gather for a feast in the dining room after cooking a meal in one of the three kitchens – two have electric AGAs. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room. Climb the metal spiral staircase to reach a king-size zip-and-link bedroom and a twin room with a Jack and Jill shower room. The second lounge boasts plush velvet sofas, a wood burner, and a TV.
