Join friends, family, and furry chums at this stunning holiday home on the Norfolk coast. The spacious property has a choice of social spaces both indoors and out, as well as a huge, lawned garden that will keep the pups happy. Cley-next-the-Sea’s beach (2 miles) is paw friendly all year, and you’ll find some fabulous walks nearby, including along the Norfolk Coast Path and the Peddars Way.

The elegant country retreat boasts spectacular rural views from its vast, luxurious rooms. Kick off sandy shoes and hang up the dog leads in the entrance hall, before heading through to the impressive kitchen/diner. This sociable space has all the equipment needed to whip up delicious feasts to enjoy together around the magnificent dining table. Patio doors open onto the garden, allowing Rover and Fido to amble in and out. A cosy snug adjoins the kitchen/diner, offering a quiet spot to unwind in front of the Smart TV - with direct access to the garden, this also makes a good spot to set up the dog beds. The large lounge has ample seating, as well as a roaring wood burner for warming toes and paws. A handy utility/cloakroom completes the ground floor. The four, individually styled bedrooms are upstairs, all offering flexibility and luxurious extras. These include three super-king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, another with an en-suite bathroom, and one king-size room. Completing the interior is the beautiful family bathroom. Outside, the woofers will love the huge, grassed area to run free on. There are also two patios for al fresco dining, and a delightful apple orchard that makes a picturesque picnic spot.

Cley-next-the-Sea has a handful of cute shops to browse, including a traditional smokehouse, bookshop, and deli. There’s also a friendly, woof-welcoming pub in the village. Enjoy walks through the marshes and down to the shingle beach, which welcomes waggy-tailed explorers all year. For a longer dog walk, let the hounds lead the way along the Norfolk Coast Path which passes close to the village.

Property is lovely. Only one gripe. Can the entrance track be lit up or at least a light on the house name signage.

Fantastic home in a great location. Spacious but had a cosy feel . Very large comfortable beds with lovely crisp white linen. Plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. Great for a family or group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Our stay at Valley House couldnt have been better. A great house in a wonderful location. Easy access to all the areas of Norfolk and Suffolk you could wish to visit. Holt is a charming town and the local pubs in walking distance are proper country pubs! The beds are so comfortable and the log burner probably the best and most efficient Ive ever Read moreencountered! Would highly recommend and will book if and when returning to Norfolk. . Hide

Lovely, very comfy and spacious house in quiet location in unspoilt area of north Norfolk coast. Plenty to see and do in the area, and good pubs, restaurants and delicious local fish. Will certainly return as a week not long enough!

The house is beautiful. Great for a 3 generational holiday, as we all had our own space too. It was spotlessly clean with very comfy beds. We love Cley as a location and it was nice to be able to walk into the village in 15 mins but also be so peaceful and not see any other houses, just the field. Lovely.

Beautiful house with private and tranquil surroundings. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We have been to Norfolk almost every year since 1998 and this is the best property to date for us. Great place to relax and good position for exploring North Norfolk.
