Ideally suited to two humans and two hounds, this cosy cottage for couples on the Suffolk coast is a fantastic location for a break. Bursting with charm from the exposed brickwork and quirky interiors, you’ll fall in love with the place from the moment you arrive. What’s more, the large lawn garden is just perfect for pups who wish to run and play. Situated less than a mile from the River Orwell, you’ll be able to enjoy an array of walking routes along the river and beside the sea that are sure to set tails wagging.

Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by the compact yet comfortable open-plan living area. Furnished with a sumptuous two-seater sofa, a wood burner with a spot by your feet for pups to snooze and a TV, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy an evening on the sofa with your favourite beings. What’s more, the sofa can be used as an additional bed if needed. Behind the sofa is the kitchen area with an oven and a hob to allow you to fix a romantic meal for two, whilst the dining table sits to the side of the room. At bedtime, the bedroom has a delightful double bed with a grand feature exposed brick wall and windows looking far out into the countryside. Completing the property is the eclectic bathroom where long soaks in the bathtub can be had after a busy day. At the front of the property is the blissful garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as access to miles of open countryside paths for whimsical walkies with your four-pawed pal.

This is a beautiful location Description says magnificent cottage poorly equipped, dirty bathroom with black mould very sad worn accommodation Poor value and poor standard

Great location, short walk to Pin Mill, which was fab, bus stop and local shop etc Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, toaster and coffee maker, quiet garden (we think there were owls in the oak tree!), backing onto fields so great access for dog-walks. Decor was a little dull but all very clean and tidy. Compact but comfy excRead moreept for the bed which was not comfortable sadly. Hide

Whilst we had a really nice break, loved the location of the cottage and would certainly consider returning - we did feel that for the money we expect a higher level of cleanliness and better general state of repair.
