Location and accommodation sizing for our holiday was good. However the overall cleanliness was poor. Host response was that they would inform cleaners for next client. Some of the soft furnishings, linens and beddings badly need renewed. However response from host to a broken toilet seat was good,

Nice big house in a picturesque setting, however I would not be hurrying back. The pictures on the website do not match what we got, worth noting that there are 2 big hills on the drive up to the house, took a day or 2 to get used to getting up them in the car, tough in the clutch. The grass in the garden is also on a hill, we had hoped our childreRead moren could play in the garden but its all tarmac and no grass. The views of the bay from the house are beautiful. The house has a lot of potential but could do with some updating, it was clean but could do with some new pillows and duvet sets and locks on the bathroom doors. It was good that the house was so big to accommodate a big group of us. I thought it a bit rude that there is a sign in the utility room suggesting that excess rubbish will be charged for as surely with a large group, a lot of rubbish would be expected. The last thing that I found slightly rude was the owner of the house arrived at 9.55am and blocked us into the driveway, possibly to make sure everything was alright with the house. We were ready to go at exactly 10am but didnt appreciate the scrutiny. Owner should have given us enough time to get out of the house and be on our way before arriving to clean up. That has never happened before in a rental we had stayed in. Hide

Would highly recommend this house, it is spacious and perfect for a big group. Large dining table which is perfect for family dinners. Location is brilliant, secluded enough but still close to anything you would need! Our host Andrea was very friendly and check in/out was very simple. Hope to be back again!
