Discover everything that the spectacular Ring of Kerry has to offer when you escape to this peaceful semi-detached bungalow at the foot of the Coomanaspig Pass. Sleeping six people over three bedrooms and welcoming four faithful friends, it’s ideal for families and groups of friends in search of a traditional Irish bungalow to call home while they explore the Kerry countryside with their pups by their side. Set off for walkies through the colourful streets of Portmagee, and in the evening, come home to your cottage to unwind by the wood burner.
Pull up in your private parking spot and step inside your single-level holiday home. Decorated in rich, bold colours, the lounge invites you to pop a log on the wood burner and relax. Head to the country-style kitchen and get busy creating your favourite dishes, which you can share in the light and bright dining area. Alternatively, step out onto the patio and dine alfresco while you soak up the mountain views. Afterwards, pour yourself a glass of wine and wait for the stars to come out while your pups run free in the enclosed garden, or head back to the lounge to warm your toes by the wood burner. When the day is done, there are three lovely bedrooms to choose from - a double, a triple (with a double and a single bed) and a king-size with an en-suite shower room. A bathroom with a separate shower completes the layout.
Drive up to Coomanaspig Pass (3 miles) and you and your pups will be rewarded with spectacular views over the Dingle Peninsula and Blasket Islands. Or set off on the 3-mile Bray Head Loop hike (the starting point is 3 miles away) and you’ll get fabulous views of the Portmagee and the Skellig Islands.
