This spacious holiday home is tucked away in a peaceful setting, just 3 miles from the coastal town of Falmouth. The luxurious property sleeps six guests and one canine companion, and makes the perfect retreat for a special family gathering or holiday with friends. The surrounding area is a dog walker’s paradise, with The Lizard Peninsula and Roseland Peninsula within 20 miles.

The stunning, granite farmhouse oozes elegance and grandeur, with stylish furniture, plush soft furnishings and a myriad of original features. Enter the property into the vast kitchen/diner, with its exquisite limestone flooring, quartz worktops, and tranquil views of the garden. Spend quality time here, gathered around the sleek dining table, sharing delicious, home-cooked meals and chatting about your day. The room benefits from underfloor heating, creating cosy dozing spots for the hound, and has an adjoining utility room for storing all your dog-walking gear. After dinner, retire to the welcoming lounge, where mood lighting and a wood burner beckon movie nights in front of the Smart TV. Upstairs, three luxurious bedrooms await, each with calming, neutral decor, and fabulous period features. These include a super-king-size room with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom and a twin room that can be arranged to a king-size on request. Completing the interior is the well-appointed family bathroom with an indulgent roll-top bath. Outside, the enclosed, split-level garden offers multiple secluded spots to unwind, including a south-facing terrace with furniture and a BBQ.

Falmouth is a thriving coastal town, with plenty to see and do. After a dog walk around the bustling harbour, head into the town to browse the boutiques and art galleries, or perhaps grab a bite to eat from one of the paw-friendly restaurants. The town has a good selection of beaches, including the secluded Sunny Cove which welcomes woofers all year.

House was perfect for our needs and very well equipped. Location was very good for access to the many tourist attractions in the area.

Beautiful house with an extensive garden and even a small stream running through. Its a very well maintained house and spacious enough for eight guests. A very well equipped kitchen and barbecue in the garden. Close to the Penryn campus gardens which is great for morning dog walks.

The house was perfect for us, comfortable, very clean and well-appointed. Lots of thoughtful touches across the property, beds all very comfortable and bathrooms clean and well organised. The kitchen is well organised, with high quality equipment, crockery and cutlery. The garden would be a lovely place to relax in warmer weather.
