Start your day with a revitalising stroll around the historical harbour, past the independent shops, art galleries and eateries before stopping at the old Cannon (all within 0.5 miles) Take your beach towels to Porthleven Beach (0.5 miles), which is dog friendly in low season. Continue along the seafront to the all-year-round dog-friendly Loe Bar Beach (1.5 miles) and explore Cornwall’s largest freshwater lake, The Loe (1.5 miles). Near here, you can also find the Carminowe Creek Nature Reserve (4.5 miles) and Degibna National Trust Nature Reserve (4.5 miles).
