And with the cathedral city of Truro just 8 miles away, you’re never far from a wonderful day out in Cornwall’s capital. The host village of Ladock (1 mile) offers a welcoming pub and community store, while nearby family attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (9 miles), the popular seaside resort of Newquay (11.5 miles) and The Eden Project (14 miles).

With exposed wooden beams and large windows that let natural light flow in, this airy property is the perfect venue for a celebration with friends and loved ones. Enter into an open-plan living space, the social heart of the barn conversion. The island kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook up a storm or prepare drinks on special occasions, this seamlessly transitions into the dining space in the centre of the room. Move through to the cosy lounge space, complete with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and crackling wood burner. With views of the garden, the sunny nook to the side of the property is the perfect spot to unwind with your pooch snoozing at your feet. Make use of the separate wet room after returning from a long walk, and at the end of the night retire to the three delightful bedrooms. All boasting super-king-size beds that can be changed to singles to suit your needs, the bedrooms each offer en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms so guests can stay relaxed and refreshed.

Outside, guests can make use of the spacious lawn that slopes down from the property, the perfect space for little ones and pups to spend their energy in the sun. Enjoy alfresco meals on the paved terrace using the BBQ, or head to the second courtyard for a more sheltered spot with views of the surrounding countryside.

A stunning retreat and brilliant layout with three big bedrooms, all with en-suites plus an extra bathroom. Loved the main living space and the kitchen was great. Location was amazing, extremely quiet after a busy day and time to relax in front of the TV with the log burner on. What a great area to be staying, Newquay, Watergate Bay, Truro, EdenRead more Project, St Austell Brewery and lots of beaches all within 20-25 minutes drive, long time Cornwall and North Devon holidayers and being more central in Cornwall was the best idea ever. Highly Recommended. We would stay here again without a second thought. Hide
