Buttercup is nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Hellandbridge in a peaceful woodland valley. This enchanting luxury home from home beckons with a perfect blend of tranquillity and adventure with the River Camel to the front of the house and the Camel Trail to the rear. Immerse yourself in the allure of many rural walks and cycling, as the charming village with its own medieval bridge offers immediate access to scenic trails that wind through lush meadows and verdant hillsides, including the famous 18 mile Camel Trail cycle path as recently featured on Countryfile, which will lead you directly to the foodie capital of Cornwall, Padstow. Pencarrow House & Gardens (4 miles) sitting on the fringes of Bodmin Moor is also worth visiting, offering 50 acres to explore as well as the house boasting beautiful art and antiques. Hellandbridge also boasts easy access to stunning coastal locations with pristine beaches such as Polzeath and Rock only 13 miles away, providing a refreshing contrast to the rustic charm of the village. Indulge in the best of both worlds as you unwind in the heart of nature during the day and relish the coastal breeze as the sun sets. For the food lovers, a trip to St Kew Inn (5 miles) is a perfect way to while away a Sunday lunch. Or venture further afield to find more exquisite dining experiences in Padstow with Rick Stein or catch a ferry over to Rock to Try Paul Ainsworth at The Mariners. Located just 5 minutes from the A30, Buttercup allows you to explore not only the north coast and the 7 Bays with their glorious sandy beaches, but the delights of the south coast such as Fowey (16 miles) and Lostwithiel (11 miles), it really is the perfect holiday destination!

This home from home certainly delivers the wow factor and when you step inside you will truly feel like you have arrived at your own slice of holiday heaven. You are met with a fabulous, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you will spend your time gathered at the dining table whilst someone prepares a lovely family meal and then snuggled together on the sofa with a great family movie. The kitchen boasts everything you wish for when cooking a meal together. On the ground floor you will find a double-size bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head upstairs to find the other two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms with WC's. The king-size bedroom also boasts its own balcony overlooking the meadow.

Outside you have a spacious and delightful decked area to enjoy, with plenty of seating for a misty morning coffee overlooking the wildlife that gathers on the meadow, or a family meal al fresco listening to the sounds of the River Camel.
