A beautifully refurbished reverse-level cottage that would suit families and friends. Located close to all the local amenities in this pretty seaside village. Croyde is well-known to be a surfer's paradise and offers beautiful golden sandy beaches, and stunning coastal walks in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village itself is full of charm and character and has a wide choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants. In the summer season, you can stroll around the craft market. Other award-winning beaches are Putsborough, Saunton Sands and Woolacombe all within 5 miles. These all offer beautiful sandy beaches and are great for swimming, surfing and other watersports. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West coastal path close by and Exmoor National Park (16 miles) with its woodland walks and spectacular moorlands. Spend a day at Watermouth Castle theme park, explore the castle and walk around the landscaped gardens.

As you step into this charming reverse-level cottage you will find two bedrooms on the ground floor. One is a super-king-size that can be converted to twin beds for alternative sleeping arrangements and has an ensuite shower and WC and the other is a king-size bedroom. Take the stairs to the beautiful light and airy open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, where you can relax on the large comfy sofas and catch up with a box set on the Smart TV. Gather together around the dining table to enjoy a favourite meal that has been prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Completing this delightful cottage is the third bedroom with a king-size bed that can also be converted into twin beds if required and the modern family bathroom where you can soak in a bath full of bubbles after a busy day exploring the area, or have an invigorating shower to start the day afresh.

There is no outside area at this property, but there is a double garage that has storage for bikes, surfboards and hooks to hang wetsuits.

High quality accommodation and so tastefully decorated. In a fantastic location with the beach a short walk away and a choice of places to eat. Some fantastic walks too, our dogs loved it just as much as we did.

We had such a great stay at Mews By The Sea! The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. Croyde was such a great location for us, the beach was in walking distance which is such a bonus. Highly recommend and we hope to return soon. Thank you so much
