This dog-friendly period property boasts a spectacular location overlooking the cliffs and beaches at Sandy Bay, making it a wonderful spot for a coastal holiday with your four-pawed friends. Just 100 metres away you can join the South West Coast Path for wonderful dog walks that are as long or as short as you fancy. With space for eight human guests and two canines, it’s ideal for a family holiday or trip away among close friends.

It’s all about the gorgeous views at this ideally positioned holiday let, which has a lovely lounge (the first of two) complete with a conservatory dining space so you can take in your surroundings while you relax and dine. From here, glass doors lead to a covered terrace area with outdoor furniture. Next you’ll come across the first of the bedrooms, a charming king room with an en-suite shower room. The large kitchen is ideal for meal prep and doggie feasts and has a good-sized island in the middle for snacking or sipping coffee. Upstairs, the second lounge comes with a Smart TV, a cosy wood burner to keep you all warm and a Juliet balcony for making the most of those soothing vistas. This room also has a sofa bed if required. This floor is also home to the final three bedrooms. One king with an en-suite shower room, one double and a twin room made up of a single and a trundle bed. Completing the property’s interior is a stylish family bathroom. The property's large, multi-tiered garden is wonderful for relaxing with your pet in warm weather.

You’ll be 0.5 miles from the dog-friendly Newberry Beach and 1 mile from larger Combe Martin Beach (dog restrictions in place during summer). Combe Martin offers plenty in the way of pubs, cafés and shops, including a bakery and an ice cream parlour. Nearby, enjoy a day out in one of the wonderful seaside towns like Ilfracombe (4 miles) or Woolacombe (10 miles), or lap up the surfy vibe at pretty Croyde (13.5 miles).

An extremely well presented property, with all of the conveniences needed in a stunning location above Combe Martin. Clean, comfortable and warm, with bright and airy rooms and lovely features and outlook. Spacious and comprehensively fitted kitchen, along with 3.5 baths make the property ideal for larger families and get-togethers. The en-suiRead morete bedroom on the ground floor is ideal for those with mobility issues, with near flat access from the drive way.
