We enjoyed a lovely week at this fabulous cottage. It felt really homely and cosy. Beautiful area with stunning scenery despite the not great weather. We didn't fit everything in so will definitely be back.

This was the second time we had stayed in this cottage which in itself is a recommendation. It was warm, clean and comfortable and will stay again as we visit the area several times a year.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage in such a stunning part of Snowdonia. The location is perfect really central for exploring the National Park, with amazing views all around. The cottage itself is lovely, cosy, and a great size for two people, with comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. We especially loved coming back in the evenRead moreings to the log burner after a day out exploring. The kitchen is really well equipped we brought a few extras but didnt need them, as everything from dishwasher tablets to washing up liquid and even tea bags were already provided. The garden is also beautifully maintained. There are great places to eat nearby we enjoyed meals at The Grapes Hotel and The Oakley Hotel up the hill and if you dont feel like driving, there are some nice local walks straight from the door. Betws-y-Coed is an easy drive away and well worth a visit for an afternoon of wandering, eating, and soaking up the atmosphere. Youre also within easy reach of beaches like Harlech and Borth-y-Gest, so whether youre after mountains, forests, or coast, its all right there. Port Meirion and Portmadog are within a 15 minute drive. Snowdon Mountain Railway, slate deep mine tour at nearby Zipworld and Betws-y-coed were our highlights. We really loved our time here such a picturesque spot and a genuinely lovely place to stay. Hide

Lovely cottage once initial issue was resolved which was down to lack of communication between holidaycottages.co.uk and the cleaning company, on arrival the property had not been cleaned and couldnt be cleaned until the following day. Once cleaned the cottage was well presented and well equipped for our needs.

A lovely cosy little cottage, just nicely off the beaten track but still well placed for trips to the coast, steam train spotting, mountain climbing and Zip-worlding. The garden is lovely - we enjoyed sitting out on the sunny evenings.

Great, modern, facilities. Kids liked the bluetooth bathroom mirror /speaker. Powerful shower & fully featured kitchen appliances. Local Grapes pub does a fair meal & Bryn Arms were recommended, but we never made it. It was a useful base. We travelled as far as Anglesey & to nearby Portmeirion & Harlech Castle & beach.
