Heading upstairs, you’ll discover a light-filled, open-plan living area. The bespoke, fitted kitchen is a joy to cook in, with quartz worktops, an island, and a five-ring gas hob. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, before sinking into the corner sofa to watch the Smart TV. The property has underfloor heating, providing cosy dozing spots for the pup. The second floor houses a stunning king-size bedroom, with a Juliette balcony, harbour views, and an en-suite shower room. The raised terrace is accessed via the first floor. Here you can dine alfresco, whilst the hound enjoys a little siesta in the sunshine.
St Ives has some of Cornwall’s most iconic beaches, with pristine white sand and turquoise waters. The town’s five main beaches have dog restrictions in summer, although you’ll still be able to visit them before 10am and after 6pm with the pup. However, two more hidden beaches welcome pups all year; head to Bamaluz Beach or Lambeth Walk Beach to let Rover frolic in the sand and sea, whatever the season. For walkies, join the South West Coast Path to experience rugged clifftop scenery and far-reaching sea views.
