The stylish coastal retreat boasts fabulous views across St Ives Bay and the harbour. Set over three floors, the property accommodates six guests, plus a canine companion, making it ideal for families and friends. It has an open-plan, sociable layout and terraced garden for you and the hound to enjoy. St Ives has an exceptional range of paw-friendly eateries, as well as two sandy beaches that welcome hounds all year.

The elegant holiday home is decorated in an elegant colour scheme and has a reverse-level layout, with two stylish bedrooms – a double and a twin - on the ground floor, along with a shower room and utility room. Heading upstairs, you’ll discover a light-filled, open-plan living area. The bespoke, fitted kitchen is a joy to cook in, with quartz worktops, an island, and a five-ring gas hob. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, before sinking into the corner sofa to watch the Smart TV. The property has underfloor heating, providing cosy dozing spots for the pup. The second floor houses a stunning king-size bedroom, with a Juliette balcony, harbour views, and an en-suite shower room. The raised terrace is accessed via the first floor. Here you can dine alfresco, whilst the hound enjoys a little siesta in the sunshine.

St Ives has some of Cornwall’s most iconic beaches, with pristine white sand and turquoise waters. The town’s five main beaches have dog restrictions in summer, although you’ll still be able to visit them before 10am and after 6pm with the pup. However, two more hidden beaches welcome pups all year; head to Bamaluz Beach or Lambeth Walk Beach to let Rover frolic in the sand and sea, whatever the season. Our first time to St Ives and it did not disappoint. Jessie's Place is the most perfect holiday home and we cannot wait to come back. The views are outstanding from the lounge and top floor bedroom... we really don't want to leave! Best holiday home ever!

Lovely property in a great location. Amazing outdoor space and views looking down on the harbour, sea and far reaching views past Godrevy lighthouse. Would definitely recommend this property.
